Dove Vivi - Authentic Chicago Style Pizza in Portland, OR

Oh man, Dove Vivi, there's nothing like it and its absolutely delicious. My husband and I used used to live a few blocks away and would frequent this place many years ago, from around 2008-2010 until we moved out of town. We're close enough to enjoy it from time to time but it's been a good 6 years since we last visited. We happened to be in town last night and picked up our all time favorite, the corn pizza. Seriously the best! We were so happy it's just as we remembered and were happy to include our 2 kKids. It reminded us that we definitely need to take the trips back more often. Thanks for being so great!

We ordered par-baked pizzas which were ready just as requested along with a freshly made seasonal salad generously dressed. We were careful to follow the baking directions but decided that these vividly corn-flavored pizzas somewhat dominate other ingredients. We enjoyed them and the pre-order service was perfect.

The food is good, but the food might just be a little bit overrated - the salad was a little overdressed, the pizza was good but the base could be crispier. The seating environment is amazing cause you're sitting in the front and it's got an amazing view. Their service is stellar. 7 stars on that. It's a very cozy, comfy place located on an easy to access place. Definitely go check it out and make your own opinion on the food. I’ll go here again with a group and update my review.

So good! Been here a few times and it is always amazing. The staff is very friendly, attentive and casual (in a good way). The pizza is super interesting but don’t knock it until you try it… it’s one of my favorites spots because it is unique and delicious. They play with flavors in a genuinely delicious and thought out way. The menu has staples but also changing seasonal fresh items. And their wine selection is perfect. Not too intimidating and the staff know what they are serving well. Thank you! Love this place. Hard not to want to gate keep this place, but they deserve the love.

In town visiting my brother and his wife. They brought me here and the pizza was delicious. The crust is so unique and tasty- great consistency. The service was also super efficient and friendly. Thank you Amanda and Elie for taking good care of us.

The goat cheese pizza was OUT OF THIS WORLD. So amazing. It kinda reminded me of an omelette? That might seem strange, but for me, that made it even MORE delicious. Wow wow wow! Highly recommend!

Yesss absolutely delicious!! Loved finding out you can get 1/2 a pizza with 1/2 another pizza, so I was able to get the regular Corn and my boyfriend got the cashew corn. Both were phenomenal - filled with flavor and the perfect crunch. Amazing corn crust. We’ll absolutely be back again!!

The way they do corn crust is really fun on a regular pizza and I didn't miss it not being a deep dish at all. I had the corn cashew cream pizza and the vegetarian special that night. While the cashew cream pizza was great, the special was absolutely fantastic. It was mozzarella, goat cheese with peppadew peppers with parsley and Meyers lemon. The richness of goat cheese was so well balanced with the tanginess of the peppers and lemon and the parsley added a fantastic texture. It was light, refreshing and just a touch cheesy all at the same time. I hope they will add it to the regular menu.
